This Site is owned and operated by Star Pass Travels LLC (“our,” “we,” or “Company”). Our business is located in Lexington, Virginia. Use of this Site is at your own risk. We host this Site on a reputable platform and take reasonable efforts to maintain it; however, we make no explicit representations or warranties as to the security of the Site or your individual use of it. These Terms and Conditions of Use are subject to change at any time.
This Site is provided for general informational and marketing purposes only. It does not offer or process online bookings, reservations, or payments for Travel Services. Features on the Site, such as our quote request form and our consultation scheduling tool, allow you to initiate contact with us, but do not constitute a Booking or a binding agreement for Travel Services. Following an initial consultation, we will send you a follow-up summary of your discussion; you may then decide whether to proceed, wait, or not move forward. If you decide to proceed, we will send you a Travel Services Agreement (our Agency Terms & Conditions). No research, trip planning, or proposal work will begin until we receive your signed Travel Services Agreement and any applicable service fees. The signed Travel Services Agreement, not this Site, governs the terms of your Trip.
You must be at least 18 years of age to form legally binding contracts under applicable law in order to use this Site. Anyone who does not meet this criteria is unauthorized to use the Site and in violation of these Terms and Conditions. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you can form a legally binding contract under applicable law, that you are of legal age of majority where you reside, and that you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
All text, photographs, graphics, designs, and other materials on this Site are subject to the copyrights and other intellectual property rights of Star Pass Travels LLC and are protected by United States copyright law (17 U.S.C.). Site materials may not be copied for any reason, including personal or commercial use or distribution, nor modified or reposted to other sites, without our prior express written permission. We may pursue legal remedies to the fullest extent permissible, including financial damages and injunctive relief, against unauthorized use of our intellectual property.
Any communications made through our blog, blog comments, newsletter sign-up, or other related pages, or directly to our phone, mailing address, or email, are not held privileged or confidential. From time to time, we may also share information about promotions, discounts, or offers from third-party Suppliers for general informational purposes, with a call to action to contact us for more information or a quote. This information is sourced from the Supplier, is subject to change, expiration, or withdrawal without notice, and does not constitute a confirmed price, offer, or availability. Any such promotion must be verified directly with us at the time of inquiry and is not guaranteed until confirmed in your Trip Proposal.
We strongly recommend that you obtain travel insurance to protect against trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events. The Site may link to self-service quote tools offered by Travel Insured International or Tin Leg for this purpose. As described in our Privacy Policy, we offer travel insurance solely in our capacity as a travel retailer and are not a licensed insurance producer or agent. If you decline travel insurance in connection with a Booking, you will be asked to acknowledge that decision separately in writing as part of your Travel Services Agreement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless this Site and Company for any direct or indirect loss or conduct incurred as a result of your use of the Site and any related communications, including as a result of technological failures such as a payment processor error or system failure.
While we may reference certain results, outcomes, or client experiences on this Site, you understand and acknowledge that we make no guarantee as to the accuracy of third-party statements contained herein, including Supplier pricing, availability, or service quality. If you have medical, legal, or financial questions related to your travel, you should consult the appropriate licensed professional. We expressly disclaim any and all responsibility for any actions or omissions you choose to make as a result of using this Site or the materials contained herein.
While Company may offer discounts or promotional offers at various times, these may be terminated or amended at any time without notice, and will not be applied retroactively to past bookings. This Site is updated regularly, and while we make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current, we cannot guarantee that all materials are entirely accurate, complete, or up to date. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, all other provisions will remain in full force and effect. Any failure by Company to enforce a provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of any other provision.
Headings and titles are provided in these Terms and Conditions for convenience only and will not be construed as part of the legal terms.
These Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, including all matters of construction, validity, performance, and enforcement, without giving effect to principles of conflict of laws. Any dispute or lawsuit arising out of or concerning these Terms and Conditions that is not first resolved by arbitration shall be resolved exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction located in Rockbridge County, Virginia. Each party is responsible for its own collection costs and legal fees incurred should enforcement become necessary.
Any disputes arising between Company and you out of these Terms and Conditions upon which an amicable understanding cannot be reached shall be decided by arbitration in accordance with the procedural rules of the American Arbitration Association. Company and you agree to be bound by the decision of the arbitrator(s). The arbitration proceeding shall take place in Rockbridge County, Virginia. The costs and expenses of the arbitrators shall be shared equally by the parties, and each party shall be responsible for its own costs and expenses in presenting the dispute for arbitration.

By using this Site, you agree to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Site only. If you decide to move forward after your consultation, your Trip is governed separately by our Agency Terms & Conditions (also referred to as our Travel Services Agreement), which you will review and sign directly with your Travel Advisor. No research, trip planning, or proposal work begins until this agreement is signed and any applicable service fees are received.
